Role Overview

Responsibilities

Preparation of high-quality coffee and espresso specialties (including Latte Art)
Maintenance of the coffee machine and attending to guests at the counter and in the guest area
Preparation of the Mise en Place for the following day
Compliance with company standards for hygiene and quality

Requirements

Experience as a Barista or a strong interest in high-quality coffee (experience is advantageous but not mandatory)
Enjoyment of interacting with guests and a warm, service-oriented demeanor
Friendly, team-oriented, and open-minded personality
Enthusiasm for our company philosophy and products
Experience in gastronomy or sales is advantageous
Fluent German and English skills
Willingness to work on weekends

Nice to Have

Experience with Latte Art
Knowledge of different coffee varieties and preparation techniques
