With two coffeehouses in District 1, a bakery in District 3, and our production kitchen in Zurich Binz, we provide our guests daily with freshly baked delicacies, homemade dishes, and high-quality coffee. Whether for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or catering – quality, freshness, and craftsmanship are at the core of what we do.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual as Head of Kitchen Production & Catering, who will lead our production operations, further develop processes, and ensure the highest quality together with their team.
Responsibilities
- Operational management of kitchen production and the catering area
- Professional and personnel leadership and development of a production team of five employees
- Responsibility for the production of our entire food range as well as catering orders
- Planning and organization of production, deployment, and vacation planning
- Ensuring consistently high product quality and adherence to recipes
- Responsibility for compliance with hygiene and safety standards according to HACCP guidelines
- Optimization of processes regarding quality and efficiency
- Onboarding, training, and further development of employees
- Close collaboration with the coffeehouses, the bakery, and management
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef or comparable culinary education
- Several years of professional experience in a production kitchen, catering, or catering
- Initial leadership experience of at least 1-2 years
- High quality and service orientation
- Resilience, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Good German skills, English is an advantage
- Willingness to work early hours
