Responsibilities
- Serving and advising our guests with a smile and attention.
- Preparation of high-quality coffee specialties according to our standards.
- Sale and presentation of baked goods and snacks.
- Ensuring a clean and inviting work environment.
- Supporting the team during peak times to ensure smooth service operations.
- Handling cash and daily accounting of revenues.
- Compliance with hygiene standards throughout the service area.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or as a barista is advantageous.
- Friendly and communicative demeanor.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Nice to Have
- Experience in gastronomy or retail.
- Knowledge of another language.
- Passion for coffee and baked goods.
